At the Tecnologico de Monterrey, we are committed to the health and wellbeing of our community. All of our campuses are equipped with medical units operated by a team of health professionals, composed of doctors, paramedics, nurses, and physiotherapists, ready to respond to any medical emergency.

Our services follow a protocol of primary health care, aligned with national standards and guided by a culture of prevention and wellness. Our main objective is to develop and promote human flourishing.

Within our campuses, we have the following services:

Observation and stabilization of patients (short stay)
Medical assistance and coverage in student life events

At our 37 campi (35 campuses + EGOB Mixcoac y EGADE MTY). of Tecnologico de Monterrey, we have cardio protection equipment and a highly prepared team to respond to cardiac emergencies.

As a student or employee at the campus, you have an electronic personal health record. Please visit the TECMed Center to get your medical history. Remember to previously make an appointment with the campus doctor.

At TECMed Center, we can offer you basic medical assistance.On each campus, you can receive services like: vital signs check, such as blood pressure, as well as general wound care and injections (with a prescription).

If you experience gastrointestinal discomfort, headaches, infections, allergies, minor injuries, or skin problems, you can seek medical attention for basic care, including diagnosis and timely treatment initiation. If necessary, you will be provided with guidance to see a specialist.

We provide immediate medical care for emergencies. If necessary, we will promptly refer you to hospitals. Please contact the emergency number of your campus or seek assistance from TECMed or ProTECt personnel for immediate care.

If required, we have facilities for observation, completion and recovery for patients who come with acute pain, signs or symptoms such as: high or low blood pressure, dizziness, dehydration, glucose disturbances. If necessary, timely referral to hospitals.

On each campus, the medical service is present to provide medical care, if necessary, at institutional events that involve the Tec community, such as sports, culture, concerts, graduations, and congresses.
